Becoming a flight attendant means entering a fast-moving career that can take you much further than you ever imagined.
After a few years' experience as a cabin crew member, you can progress to positions of greater responsibility:

  • Cabin manager You will supervise all the cabin crew, coordinate with the cockpit and guarantee safety and service on board.
  • Head cabin crew : The Chief Cabin Crew is the most senior cabin crew manager in an airline. He or she supervises all the cabin crews and ensures good coordination between the airline's management and the cabin crew teams.
  • Flight instructor Training: you train new recruits in the training centre, passing on your technical knowledge and your sense of service.
  • Examiner PNC You validate the practical and theoretical skills of cabin crew candidates during CCA tests or internal company assessments.

One thing is certain: the cabin crew profession is not an end in itself, but the starting point for a rich and evolving career, in constant interaction with the world and others.
