Receipt of the teaching pack by e-mail following registration confirms the formation of the contract. Applicants from outside the EU must provide a valid visa before enrolling. SkyWings cannot provide assistance in obtaining visas.

3. Limits of liability

SkyWings cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions or circumstances beyond its control. Our commitments are based on an obligation of means, with no guarantee of results. Students are responsible for their own personal belongings, and SkyWings accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or theft. All courses, examinations and recruitment procedures are conducted in English. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they have an adequate level of English before the start of the course. No appeal will be accepted in the event of failure due to insufficient command of the English language.

8. Terms of payment

A deposit of €500 is required to guarantee your place on the course. This amount is included in the total price. The balance of the course must then be paid no later than three working days before the start date. Failure to pay will not result in cancellation of the enrolment. SkyWings reserves the right to refuse access to courses, or to defer the issue of any certificate, until payment is received in full. No funding from the CPF, France Travail or any other third-party organisation is covered.

9. Means of payment

10. What the course fee covers

The price includes :
- Class times ;
- Training materials ;
- Access to aquatic facilities; ;
- Examination fees (theoretical and practical).
Additional costs (accommodation, meals, transport) are the responsibility of the participant. Prices are subject to change. However, a valid deposit fixes the price on the date of payment. A reduction of €100 is granted to jobseekers on presentation of proof at the beginning of the school year.

11. Postponement or cancellation by the candidate

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail before the start of the course. If you are unable to attend the chosen session, payment of the balance is required before the initial start date, failing which a deferral fee of €100 will be applied. Deferral is only possible once in the 12 months following the date of the initial session, provided that it is requested before the start of the session for which the candidate was initially enrolled. All payments are non-refundable after the legal withdrawal period (14 days after the first payment). Any request for a refund must be made by e-mail within this period. This will result in the definitive cancellation of the application, with no possibility of future re-registration.

12. Withdrawal during a session

No reimbursement will be made for any student who withdraws from the course. Any absence or lateness during the technical modules automatically invalidates the session and prevents access to the examinations in accordance with the regulations.

13. Mandatory attendance

Any absence (partial or total), for whatever reason, will not entitle the participant to any refund or postponement. In the event of absence, an e-mail must be sent on the same day to contact@sky-wings.eu. Failure to do so will result in the absence being considered as unjustified.

14. CCA exam

It is the participant's responsibility to pass his/her exams in order to obtain the CCA. In the event of failure in the theory modules (score below 80%) or the practical tests, or in the event of absence from the technical part, the student will have to repeat all the modules concerned. This must be done within 12 months of starting the course. There is a limit of two attempts. The cost of a full repeat is €290. You must be able to swim in order to pass the practical tests.

15. Applicable law and competent court

These conditions are subject to Estonian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Tallinn shall have sole jurisdiction.

16. Behaviour and discipline

Each participant undertakes to adopt a respectful attitude towards the instructors, SkyWings staff, other students and the premises provided. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, aggressive or contrary to the values of the organisation may result in temporary or permanent exclusion, without reimbursement. This exclusion does not affect the obligation to pay for the course in full.

17. Acceptance of the internal rules

Registration for a SkyWings training course implies full compliance with the school's internal rules. These rules are designed to ensure a professional, safe and respectful environment for all participants.
The internal regulations include the following rules:

The participant may be transferred to a later session within 12 months, at no additional cost.

20. Duration and validity of the contract

The training contract is deemed to have been concluded as from the validation of the registration by SkyWings, and remains in force until the end of the session concerned.
