TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

«SkyWings offers you your CCA 2026!»

1. Organiser

The «SkyWings offers you your CCA 2026» competition is organised by SkyWings OÜ, a company specialising in Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) training.

2. Object

The aim of the competition is to give one participant the opportunity to take a full CCA course free of charge, including examination fees, in 2026 in accordance with the start dates available on this page: www.sky-wings.eu/formation-cca

3. Period

The game is open from the publication of the game on the TikTok @skywingscca account on 16 December 2025 until 24 December 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+1).

The draw will take place on 25 December 2025 via the independent simpliers.com platform.

4. Terms and conditions of participation

Participation is open to anyone meeting all of the following conditions:

4.1 Eligibility criteria

Personal conditions

- be aged between 18 and 40 inclusive; ;

- reside in the European Union or French Polynesia ;

- have a minimum level of secondary education; ;

- be in a physical and mental condition compatible with the PNC medical examination; ;

- measure at least :

  - 1.55 m for women,

  - 1.65 m for men ;

- know how to swim

- Have a minimum level of English B1 on the date of entry to the course

Conditions for taking part in the competition

- have subscribed to the TikTok @skywingscca account; ;

- have commented on the word «TAKEOFF» under the video dedicated to the competition; ;

- have identified 2 friends in the same comment.

Only participants who have posted a single comment are eligible. 

4.2 Previous registrations

People who have finalised their registration before the competition is announced are also eligible and will be reimbursed the sums already paid in the event of winning, provided they have complied with the TikTok actions (subscription + comment + identification).

4.3 Cancellation

Any entry cancelled before the draw will result in exclusion from the game.

5. Draw procedures

The draw will take place on 25 December 2025 via simpliers.com

Only one winner will be chosen.

SkyWings declines all responsibility in the event of technical malfunction of the platform.

6. Gain

6.1 Description of the gain

Depending on the winner's status :

- Registration already finalised → refund of the amount paid (deposit or total) and CCA training taking place in 2026 offered,

- Registration not finalised → CCA training taking place in 2026 offered

with in all cases: official examination fees included. The gain cannot be a repeat grade.

6.2 Awarding the prize

- Refunds, where applicable, will be made within a maximum of 7 days.

- The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

- The session chosen is definitive and cannot be changed.

7. Liability

SkyWings cannot be held responsible:

- technical problems with TikTok, simpliers.com or any third-party service; ;

- errors in the information provided by participants; ;

- any external event that may affect the organisation of CCA sessions.

8. Personal data

The data collected is used exclusively for :

- managing pre-registrations and registrations,

- management of the competition.

It will not be passed on to any third party unless required to do so by law.

9. Acceptance of the rules

Participation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

11. Free game

The game is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to buy anything.

No additional payment is required to take part.

12. No affiliation

The competition is not organised, sponsored or supported by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform.

These platforms are in no way responsible for its management or operation.

13. Limitations and details relating to CCA training

SkyWings points out that :

- success in the official CCA exams depends on the candidate's own hard work; ;

- SkyWings does not guarantee results in official events; ;

- Winning the competition does not automatically entitle you to the CCA.

The winner must notify the CCA 2026 session he/she wishes by email to : jeu@sky-wings.eu before 31 December 2025.

The chosen session :

- must be available at the time of application; ;

- will be definitive; ;

- cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever.

14. Draw

The draw took place on Thursday, 25 December 2025 at 00:07 via the independent simpliers.com platform, which awarded the prize to the TikTok @faus_e profile in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the competition.
